About Rickey

 

Rickey Luttrell is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Carson-Newman College. Rickey also currently serves as Audit Partner for our affiliate firm, Rodefer Moss & Co, PLLC, a regional accounting firm located in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Indiana.

 

In this role, Rickey serves as the engagement or concurring review partner on publicly traded and private clients. He has an in-depth knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley implementation/compliance and SEC reporting and XBRL. Rickey frequently deals with valuation issues related to purchase price allocations for business combinations, fair value measurements for complex debt and equity instruments, pricing of options, impairment calculations for goodwill and other intangibles.

 

Rickey is a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
